Akerman represented W.A. Jones LLC, a municipal truck upfitter based in Indiana and a portfolio company of Foundation Investment Partners, LLC (FIP), in the leveraged buyout of Tebco of Kentucky, Inc. (Tebco), a manufacturer of custom dump bodies and distributor of truck equipment throughout the eastern United States.
The transaction expands W.A. Jones' manufacturing capabilities and extends its geographic reach through Tebco's established distribution network, strengthening FIP's platform in the work truck and specialty vehicle sector.
