Akerman represented New York-based private equity firm Graycliff Partners in its acquisition of Tramont Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of custom-engineered generator enclosures and fuel tanks for backup power applications serving data center and commercial and industrial end markets
Founded in 1977 and headquartered in Milwaukee, Tramont designs and manufactures mission-critical components used in backup power systems, including fuel tanks and integrated enclosures supporting generator installations. The company serves a diversified customer base of generator OEMs and distributor networks, with products deployed across healthcare, industrial, commercial, and rapidly expanding data center markets.
