Akerman represented H2 Health, a comprehensive rehabilitation provider, in its acquisition of Valir Outpatient Clinics, which includes 25 locations providing physical therapy and related services throughout Oklahoma. The partnership expands H2 Health's coverage in Oklahoma to 29 locations, making it one of the largest outpatient therapy providers in the state.
H2 Health is a comprehensive rehabilitation provider with both adult and pediatric therapy services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) and owns and operates over 270 clinic locations in the United States.
